Code of Conduct
Business ethics is an essential part of protecting our integrity and continuing to operate in a responsible manner, as well as making a positive contribution to the society in which we live.
Aware of this, Forcemanager declares its commitment to acting ethically and responsibly in all its business activities, understanding that this means not only complying with applicable laws and internal regulations but also promoting an ethical culture and corporate integrity in its daily activities.
In this way, our Code of Conduct reflects the corporate values of the ForceManager Group and translates them into principles and rules of conduct that must govern the actions of ForceManager employees and collaborators in certain situations. The Code is not only a statement of good practice and fundamental principles of professionalism, integrity, honesty and respect for the law, but also a framework for action that helps us to improve what we are already doing well. Thus, given the impossibility of anticipating all the issues and situations that may arise in carrying out our professional activity, the Code provides minimum guidelines for our professional and personal behaviour. The Code of Conduct is ultimately the concrete expression of ForceManager’s culture and values.
The Code is addressed to all employees of the ForceManager Group, both at its headquarters and its subsidiaries, regardless of the legal form of their employment relationship or service: i) members of management bodies; ii) executives; iii) employees; and iv) trainees and interns. ForceManager will also encourage its suppliers, clients and partners to adapt their behaviour to similar standards to those defined in this Code of Conduct.
Compliance with the Code is therefore a shared responsibility. We all have a role to play in respecting our ethical values and policies. The Code unites us all, in diverse places and with diverse cultures, to follow a common vision.

Whistleblowing Channel
ForceManager has a Whistleblowing Channel so that any interested party can confidentially ask questions about the Code of Conduct or report possible irregularities or breaches of regulations, in complete confidence and without fear of retaliation.
You can access this service by sending an email to canaldenuncias@forcemanager.net or, anonymously, by completing this form.
Complaints must contain the information necessary to enable an analysis of the alleged facts to be carried out. Thus, the communications received must at least meet the following requirements:
- A clear and detailed statement of the facts.
- Identification of the people involved with the reported behaviour or with knowledge of it.
- Time at which the event occurred or has been occurring.
- Providing, if deemed necessary, documents, files or other information considered important for the assessment and resolution of the complaint.
- Optional: Name and contact details of the whistleblower to facilitate analysis and follow-up of the complaint.
Any questions received regarding the Code of Conduct or reports of irregularities or non-compliance will be dealt with by the Compliance Department (consisting of the Head of People and ForceManager’s Legal Counsel) with the utmost confidentiality, always in accordance with the law and good business practices.
Users of the Whistleblowing Channel must use it responsibly, not being allowed to make complaints that are unfounded or in bad faith, in which case legal and/or disciplinary action may be taken.
If ForceManager considers that the facts are false or that the complaint is made in bad faith, the details of the user making the complaint may be disclosed to the person reported for the purposes of pursuing any actions to which they are entitled by law. ForceManager may also take appropriate disciplinary action.
